Masterbatch is a colorant to plastics. It consists of specially prepared organic or inorganic pigments and the polymer to be processed, in addition to any additive or stabilizer required for processing and production. Concentrated and dispersed pigments with higher pigment content are used to color plastics in a dust-free manner. The fact that the pigments are already well dispersed in the masterbatch gives the end product high homogeneity and no variation in terms of shade or color.

Polypropylene Fibers?an Indispensable Product
PP fibers are products of the polymerization of propylene and ethylene gases. They are characterized by their strong, durable, comfortable, sunlight resistant and low static material. We produce colored olefin fibers by adding our high quality masterbatch directly to the polymer prior or during melt spinning. We also tailor the properties of PP fibers, by using the different additives that we provide. The most common applications of our PP fibers are in home furnishings. They provide luxurious looks and softness for all types of indoor and outdoor carpets and furniture upholstery.
