Before Sales:

A technical analysis for samples, offered from the customer is made to cover the following aspects:
The luminous firmness
Polymer type
Heat fastness
Total content of pigment
The addition percentage

After Sales:

The factory representative who belongs to the sales and marketing department follows up the customers' case on a regular basis from signing the contract to the period after delivering the product to the customer. He/She is sent to the customer site to verify that the product conforms to the ordered color.
